Cancellation Policy

We kindly request that you provide us with a minimum of 48 hours notice in the event of a cancellation. This allows us the opportunity to offer the appointment time to another guest. Please see your individual stylists policy on their respective website for their specific cancellation policy. We understand that there may be situations such as sudden or extreme sickness, when it may not be possible to provide this advance notice; this can be discussed with your individual stylist.
