SERVICE  POLICY

At Kindred, we are committed to providing the highest quality services in a professional and welcoming environment. Our policies are designed to ensure your experience is exceptional from start to finish. Please take a moment to review our updated service guidelines.

APPOINTMENTS  

Booking: We recommend booking appointments in advance to secure your preferred date and time. Walk-ins are welcome based on availability.
Confirmation: A confirmation email or text will be sent 24 hours before your appointment.
Late Arrivals: Please notify us if you will be late. If you arrive more than 15 minutes after your scheduled time, we may need to reschedule or adjust the service to fit the remaining time.

 

SERVICE  SATISFACTION 

Revisions: If for any reason you are not satisfied with your service, please notify us within 10 days of your appointment. We will be happy to adjust or correct the service at no additional charge.

Product Returns: retail products may be exchanged within 30 days of purchase. 

 

PRICING & PAYMENTS

Service prices may vary based on hair length, texture, and the time required. Consultations are available to provide accurate estimates. We accept cash, credit cards, and cash. Gratuities are appreciated and can be provided in cash or added to your payment.

HEALTH & SAFETY

Allergies & Sensitivities: Please inform your stylist of any allergies or sensitivities prior to your service. We strive to accommodate your needs and ensure a safe experience.

Pets: We adore animals, but for sanitary and safety reasons, pets are not allowed in the salon unless they are service animals.
